'Matra' as a Business Advisory Vertical was conceived and honed within the Ojas Group- first as a vital internal device and then a full-fledged arm, carrying out Family Office and related activities for the Group, its Affiliates, Associates and select Patrons and Clients, slowly building a repertoire and repository which was unrivalled.

Leadership

The people behind Matra Legal

Neha Kapoor has been involved with the Ojas Group of Companies as a Promoter-Director since the inception of its first enterprise in Delhi-NCR. She is today involved with various ventures under the brand, maneuvering diverse sectors and responsible for a wide variety of activities- from the germination, gestation and incubation of ideas, to the training and mentoring of new entrepreneurs.

Having spent more than a decade with the Group, she carries a deep understanding of the mechanics of building a business ground-up. She has handled the Innovation Centre (OjasIC) across functions like ideation and prototyping, business strategy and planning, funding and finance, administrative and compliance processes, market-entry, expansion, partnerships and collaborations, and dispute resolution and management.

It is thus that she is a key force behind Matra- a specialization she derived from her early career as a Litigating Lawyer in the Courts at New Delhi, built upon exponentially during her time as a member of the Founding Team at the Ojas Group, which she continues to be.

‘In my erstwhile experience, first as an Intellectual Property Rights Attorney and then an active Litigator in Chambers of the Government of Delhi, I had a unique combination exposure to Indian Innovation and Industry, International Business and Brands, as also Governance, Policy and Public Interest matters. In hindsight, this experience had a profound impact on my choices of the future, especially my affinity to aligning with and helping build the Ojas Group!’
